Held in a safe and intentional container, this journey includes a sound bath, heart-centered meditation, intuitive movement, and space for reflection. We’ll root into the presence of the Great Mother—She who holds, heals, and reminds us that we are already whole.
This is a space to receive, to feel, to remember, and to bloom from within.

✨Preparation Guidelines✨
Please prepare your body and spirit to receive:
-Eat clean for 3 days prior (whole, plant-based foods; avoid processed items, alcohol, red meat, and added sugar)
-Hydrate well each day
-Avoid violent or overstimulating content (TV, social media, intense music)
-Pause any other plant medicines, including cannabis, 1–2 days before the ceremony
-Spend time in reflection: What part of me is asking to bloom under this Flower Moon?
